For clients who have a design already completed and are ready to build we can provide a number of options including either a firm guaranteed maximum project cost or for our customers who are willing to share the construction marketplace risks, we can offer the benefit of a lower fee under a cost plus agreement.

Under our Construction Management option we bring our team to the customer’s project as an agent and in effect become the customer’s own construction department. Our team develops bid packages for each specialty and manages each trade on behalf of our client. Under Construction Management our customer has multiple contracts which our team manages as the customer’s agent for the cost of direct project expenses plus a minimal administrative fee.

Everyone knows the old adage "time is money". Design Build is a great choice when time is of the essence and the customer wants to shorten the project life cycle. Additional benefits are having one cohesive design and construction team and the power of collaboration. As your design-builder we have a one stop responsibility for your project, both design and construction. We work with the client to hand pick the right design professionals for their unique project needs. With Design Build project delivery we can achieve great time economies by beginning the initial construction steps before the ink is dry on the drawings for the final construction tasks.

Our clients are our customers and we are happy to help them in any way we can, this includes their post construction needs. Clients often come to us two, five even ten years later needing assistance with a maintenance issue, a technical question or brainstorming about a new project. At completion of each project our team provides a detailed operation and maintenance manual, complete with important details such as part numbers, recommended maintenance procedures and intervals, along with warranty service instructions. We also include a complete set of as-built drawings in both paper documents and permanent electronic media storage. Our clients rely on us and we make sure to be there when they need us.

Some of our customers come to us with unique or unusual challenges with a new construction project already underway, with an older facility which needs attention or needing advice or risk management services to assure their financial interests are protected and a project is completed in the best way possible. And on occasion customers just need an experienced outside evaluation or a good friend to bounce their ideas off of. Everybody wants their project to be a success. Sometimes having a strong advocate on your side gives you the firm foundation you need to be sure you are making the right decision and move things forward. Depending upon each customer’s specific needs we assign the right professionals to analyze and make recommendations under an hourly fee schedule for professional services or a fixed price project services agreement.
